Contract For Sale
The advertising of products on the site is the way in which we are able to display all the items available to buy through the site. We aim to keep items in stock at all times but due to the very nature of our product range being imported or hand-made means that it is inevitable there will be breaks in supply in which case some lines will show 'Not Available'.
It should not be possible to order any item that is not in stock.  You can only place items in your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with confidence that the items that you have chosen will be with you within a few days.

However, on rare ocassions, stock levels may be incorrect and you will be contacted. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and UKDesignerOutlet, so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of despatch' email sent once your order has been succesfully picked and we can confirm stock levels have been checked.
Prices and stock are not contractually confirmed until you receive the confirmation of despatch sent to the email account provided by you. We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any items that have been priced up incorrectly. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and UKDesignerOutlet through this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by UKDesignerOutlet on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of UKDesignerOutlet will operate as a variation to these terms and condition or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of either of them.

Quality
Every item of jewellery in the UKDesignerOutlet website has been carefully chosen to represent the highest standards of quality. See Our Guarantee.

Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our website, a lot of the items are hand made from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown and are usually in some way unique.

We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us but In the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. See Returns below.

Making A Purchase
When you make a purchase from UKDesignerOutlet.com:
- You will receive an electronic  confirmation upon receipt of your order as soon as your order has been received (unless your order has been made over the telephone)
- You will receive notification of despatch usually within 1-2 working days of your order being processed.

Pricing Promise
UKDesignerOutlet want you to shop in the knowledge that you are getting the best products at the very best cost. Our pricing will always be below shop pricing and will always represent the very best value available.  All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.  We invite purchases from overseas and the postage and packaging charges are all outlined within Delivery Info.  All prices are displayed in pounds sterling only (GBP). Your credit card company will charge you in your countrys currency at that days exchange rate. Local charges are not the responsibility of UKDesignerOutlet.


Returns
If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email our customer service on returns@treasurebox.co.uk detailing your Auth.No. and the item you wish to return and we will issue you with a Returns Number.  Write the returns number on the despatch note found on the outside of the parcel, replace the item in the parcel and send back to us at the address above. We will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your returns number. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings, body jewellery or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. We will not also be able to refund any item that has been ordered outside our current range - these items are highlighted Special Order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Treasure Box will arrange for an exchange. UKDesignerOutlet decision is final.

Refunds
Any refunds due will be processed back onto the original card used for payment usually within 14 working days.

Special Orders
Please be aware that any item marked as Special Order or any item that is ordered especially for you will be charged on order and will not be able to be returned for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Extended Period at Xmas
Any purchase intended as a gift at Xmas can be exchanged/credited up to the 10th January providing the above criteria has been satisfied. Refunds will not be offered outside the standard terms.

Privacy Policy
UKDesignerOutlet comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act of 1998 and as such are registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party.

Reward Scheme

Ownership
The Diamond Reward Scheme is a customer loyalty program solely owned and operated by Treasure Box Limited.

Eligibility
The Diamond Reward Scheme®  is open to any customer purchasing goods on treasurebox.co.uk  (excluding gift vouchers).  Treasure Box stores are currently excluded from the Diamond Reward Scheme.

Duration
These terms and conditions shall be deemed to apply to the participation in the Diamond Reward Scheme®  by all participants from and including this date. Continued participation in the Diamond Reward Scheme®  constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. Diamond Reward Points have no expiry date as The Diamond Reward Scheme has no pre-planned termination date and is intended to run from hereof as a bona-fide cstomer loyalty programme. However, Treasure Box Limited reserves the right to amend or terminate the Diamond Reward Scheme at any time, with or without notice. Any Diamond Points still held at this time shall become void.

DIAMOND REWARD SCHEME®
The loyalty scheme being launched by Treasure Box will be run on a points basis. Points will be assigned & displayed adjacent to each product on the website, the total value of points accumulated at the checkout will then be transferred to your account for future use.
These points are not able to be exchanged for cash and have a monetary value of 1point = 0.00000000001p. No change will be given.

Collecting Points
Reward Points are awarded for each whole £1 that is spent on the site at the following rate;
i)  For every £1 you spend you will receive 5 Diamond Reward Points
ii) Additional Diamond Points are awarded on promotional products.
iii) Double/Triple points days will be scheduled from time to time and you will be notified by email when these events occur.( We are unable to inform customers well in advance of these happening)
iv) Diamond Points are only awarded for the value of the products purchased and not for postage/shipping costs.

Redeeming Points
All points can be redeemed at the checkout on future purchases. You will  be able to see how many Points you have in your account. You may then choose to redeem all or some against the purchase or save them for another day.
i)  Points are redeemed at the standard rate of 1Diamond Point = 0.8p
ii) On occasion we plan to run promotions when your Diamond Points will be worth more. You will be informed of these days by email. (We are unable to inform customers well in advance of these happening)
iii) The Diamond Points you choose to redeem at the checkout will automatically deduct the monetary value from your basket and reduce accordingly  the amount of Diamond Points left in your account.
iv)  Diamond Points have no monetary value.
v) You cannot redeem Reward Points and use a discount voucher or gift voucher at the same time. Only one type of discount is permitted at any one time.
vi) if you choose to redeem your points at the checkout and the value of your Reward Points exceeds the value of your transaction then you will lose the balance.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
In the event that you have reason to return goods purchased via treasurebox.co.uk and would like a full refund then any qualifying points awarded at the time of purchase will be deducted.
Exchanges to the same value will remain unaltered. Exchanges where the value of goods are less or more than the original value will be adjusted accordingly.

General
Diamond Reward Points are awarded at the discretion of Treasure Box Limited and are not
transferable.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency arising from the advertising, marketing, promotional activity or any general disputes, these Terms will prevail.
